PennDOT Reduces Speed Limits Due to Storm

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has temporarily reduced the speed limit on several major highways in response to the winter storm impacting the region.

The following roads have  a temporary 45 mph speed limit in effect:

* I-78

* I-83

* Route 222 between the City of Lancaster and Reading in Berks County

* Route 30 in Lancaster and York counties

* Route 283 between Lancaster and Harrisburg

* I-81 in Dauphin County
